"No customer focus at all!"

All went well prior to the trip. Technical issues at checkin didn't allow us to sail on the first day. When asking for a small partial refund, the charter agency sent us to sailogy, and sailogy refused to deal with us. Whether the issue was on the charter side, or on sailogy's side is at that moment irrelevant. No solution was found for us. Wouldn't recommend based on the lack of customer service.

I have my real doubts about this company after arranging my hire with them in Sicily and Croatia.

They act as the lead to other hire companies and as such you would expect that they have checked the quality of the operations.

You would further expect if there were difficulties with any part of the process they would be there to assist.

My experience was anything but this. One hire I had was advertised as 2006 boat but refit 2013. The refit was maybe the cushion coverings.
The hire was done with a single owner company with little English, constantly worried about his boat and a short temper. It was a very unpleasant experience for us.

Given my experience next time I would search for charter companies direct.You will get much better service and support I suspect.

I used Sailogy to charter a boat for one week in the Sporades. They provided me with the best offer. When I got the boat it was all OK, except for an inverter, which was not on the boat when I received it (as promised). It could not be installed before I left. In the end I asked Sailogy to intervene, and indeed I then received a fair refund from the boat owner.
I'll gladly use Sailogy's services again in future.

"Worst possible custom service I have…"

Worst possible custom service I have ever experienced. I have never been so badly treated by email than by this company ever in my life.

I suggest you start see your customers as human beings instead of having such a bad attityd.

One thing I know and that is that I will never use Sailogy when I book my trip and to my friends I will definitely tell them to go somewhere else.

A friend of mine suggested Sailogy to search for my next yacht in Croatia last summer. We had a great time with my fellow sailors! We chose and booked the yacht during a dinner all together and paid online sharing the costs. Super easy! Cheers, Brendan
