"Completely useless - still waiting for a refund"

This was a completely useless service for me, and I am still pursuing a refund with no success so far. I ordered a Day 2 test for returning from travel (arrival date 22.02.22). The test arrived at my home address as expected, and after posting it back I received notification that my test had been received by UK Health Kits Ltd on 23.02.22; however, things went downhill from there. By 27.02.22, I had still not received the results, even though my understanding had been that the results should be available within 24 hours of UK Health Kits Ltd's receipt of the test.

I contacted the company at both the "result@" and "notify@" e-mail addresses on that date to explain that, while the Day 2 tests were no longer essential because of the relaxed government restrictions, I had made the decision not to cancel my test with them so that I could have extra peace of mind upon returning from traveling. As it was, I had had to rely on the results of home rapid flow tests instead to resume my work, etc. I requested a full refund for the Day 2 test.

On 28.02.22, I received a response requesting further information (UID number), which I provided immediately.

On 02.03.22, I finally received an e-mail with my test results, but no mention of the delay, the reasons for it, or a refund. I replied on the same day to again request a refund of the £46.99 I had paid for a test that had been of absolutely no use to me.

Hearing nothing further from UK Health Kits Ltd, I e-mailed "result@" again on 18.03.22 reiterating my request for a refund.

On 07.04.22, I called the phone number for the company provided here on Trust Pilot. It is out of service.

Therefore, I am leaving this poor review in the hope that a) others will see it and avoid this company, and b) UK Health Kits Ltd will respond and finally provide the apology and refund to which I am entitled.

Very bad company, don't use better pay extra £50. Doesn't say that it takes at least 5 days to test to arrive

"Shoddy"

Shoddy! they charge £52.99 for a day 2 PCR test but they do not actually send you one in advance, nor do they send a confirmation email other than a receipt of payment. When I called to ask - they said the receipt was enough for UK border control and said I would be sent a PCR on day I returned but no zoom appointment made.... pretty shoddy for the price - not recommended!

"Very poor service - eventually received refund"

Sent my test and their web portal acknowledged receipt the next day, it's now been 5 days with no email or update on portal, managed to speak to someone who could said they could my details but not sure why I hadn't received my results, then went on to say that they would contact the necessary department to get back to me..... still waiting, do not use...

update 17/1/22 - as per request I've sent the email, now awaiting refund

Update 18/1/22 - received reply email acknowledging my issue and I would receive a full refund within 5 days

"Test never arrived and no refund."

Test was delayed and never arrived. Asked for a refund but there is no communication at all. No response to emails at all - zero reaction. I am still sending them one email per day but they probably blocked me or something. Avoid this scam company. I have wasted my hard earn money for nothing. They are on the official government website and scamming people. Media should start publishing that kind of cases. If anyone from this dodgy company reads it here is my order number: Receipt #1034-3703 in case you decide to refund me but I doubt it.

"do not use this company"

do not use this company. I am on day 3 of quarantine. I ordered day 2, 5 and 8 packages for 2 people. No tests, no replies to emails, no answers to phone calls. I am 35 weeks pregnant so it is imperative that I am able to make my antenatal appointment and get vaccinated asap. No option to request a refund. Cannot afford to spend another 300 pounds with a new supplier so will need to take public transport for over an hour to reach an onsite testing facility.

In response to the company, I amended my arrival date on December 26th and your company replied and confirmed the new arrival date on 27th December.

Interesting that the company cannot reply to emails or phone calls but are very quick to respond to a negative review.

Update: Company refuse to give me a full refund despite me being forced to use a different supplier. They initially tried to blame the courier but the package was date stamped and was only sent after this negative review. They now claim they were understaffed but only offer a 70% refund. I am pursuing with my credit card company.

"Don't care about the customers"

Recently I have travelled from the USA and according to the UK Gov rules we have to book our day 2 PCR tea before we travel. I found this provider on the Gov UK website and have booked our day 2 PCR for both me and my partner as he was travelling with me. It's been more than a week we have booked our tests and it's been 5 days since we landed in the UK but unfortunately, we haven't received our kits yet. So I have emailed them asking for an update and they didn't care to reply to our emails. Also, I couldn't find the cancel or request for refund option on their website which is stupid. This is such a waste of money.

"Customer service non existent"

I picked this company to order my day 2 test from as they seemed the best out of all of the other providers available.
Unfortunately due to getting covid before I was due to fly I had to re-arrange my holiday, I sent 3 emails to them (only 24 hrs after I placed my order) to see if I could cancel and even change the dates for my day 2 pcr but no response at all.
I even tried calling several times but again no answer.
My kit arrived today but it's pretty much useless as I'm not going on holiday for another 4 weeks and PCR tests are no longer needed
