After a month or so of issues trying to pay my rent to Bernicia Homes using the Allpay app. I finally got this problem sorted out today 22nd February 2024 thanks to a really helpful and very nice member of Allpays customer service support team called Jackie. She talked me though the process of updating my account details with Allpay, so in future my payments would go through with the problems of the last few months. Her knowledge and patience made this amendment and update to my account details, a easy process to follow and resulted in a successful outcome to the issues. Barry Howells.

Jackie at customer services was AMAZING. Jackie was very patient and talked me through the process of setting up a pre paid card for my mums care costs. Jackie was very patient and clear with her explanation. Thank you for a brilliant service 😁

Had a problem with what I thought was the allpay app , so I phoned allpay up and the lovely Jackie helped with the problem which turned out not to be allpay but was the Banks fault , Jackie helped with the problem and the problem was solved , I’ve used the allpay app for years and never had a problem with it, it’s easy to use and does what you need it to do, and it turned out in the end that it wasn’t allpays problem after all🤗

I couldn’t get my app to work so called allpay and spoke to a lovely lady named Jackie. She has had a lot of abuse from customers, angry the app is not working and as it turns out , it is NatWest that is the problem. So, please contact your bank and let them know that the payments aren’t going through and hopefully they will fix it. Also, I understand it’s frustrating but don’t take it out on the person at the other end of the phone, it’s not their fault , they are just trying to do their job.

I have been using Allpay for years without any problems until recently. I’ve been paying my rent as usual but I’m always left in limbo worrying about weather the payment has was successful or not.
I can’t risk trying payments again as this could leave me without any money should two payments be taken.
I have to wait for a letter from my housing provider notifying me of rent arrears before I attempt to pay again.

"Letting dodgy merchants hide behind the Allpay name"
A merchant using Allpay has taken money from my mother’s account. She has no idea what the payment is for or who the merchant is. Allpay will not share the identity of the merchant despite numerous requests. I have sent them copies of lasting power of attorney to show that I have the right to this information but seemingly they cannot open pdf files or word files. IMO Allpay are more than happy to enable scammers.

"Garbage Service"
Nothing but problems with Allpay, cannot pay my rent and it's a battle every single month to get past the verification system. I have tried three seprate browsers on three devices (phone, pc and laptop) and incognito modes but nothing seems to work. Absolutely inexcusable for a service that's sole purpose is to take payments.
