I have used Baker Brothers for both a watch service and more recently a new watch. On both occasions it was impeccable service from the team. I had a great chat with Tanya and Fenella about the watches I was interested in and trying some on that helped me decide which was right for me. When it came time to collect my new watch I felt Tanya and Claire were just as excited for me as I was for myself, it was very sweet of them.

I highly recommend visiting and having a chat with the team. I’m also looking forward to the opening of the new store

Having waited patiently for >2yrs after first registering for my Datejust 41mm, Caris at Baker Brothers contacted me to offer availability of a different model and from the very start, she was totally professional, courteous and personable, (as unfortunately, some Rolex ADs can be somewhat 'snooty'), while answering all questions and making me feel like a valued, (potential), Customer.

Subsequently deciding to purchase, an appointment was arranged and on arrival at their Bedford boutique, it was immediately obvious that Caris' level of professionalism extended to all staff members, resulting in an overall excellent experience, before I left with my stunning new Rolex timepiece.

I've visited quite a few different Rolex ADs, (to register) and as mentioned, regrettably, some are less friendly and make you feel as though they're doing you a favour, but not with Baker Brothers, as Caris provided outstanding levels of service and for this reason, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Unbelievably friendly and helpful, from the moment I walked into the store I was greeted and made to feel at home by their friendly demeanour and customer care. Within a very short period of time, I knew I’ve made the right choice of jeweller and they simply could not be more helpful. "Delivery could be better."

Ordered two items on-line. First item 'missed the post' and had to be sent a day later. Second item was not sent on the day advised and I wasted a day waiting in for the item. That item was then sent second class (when delivery information clearly states all items sent Special Delivery). Tracking information should be sent so the customer can view delivery progress or change the delivery date if necessary. Customer service was prompt and courteous.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.
We were made to feel very special, there was a wide range of very nice jewellry to look at and there was no pressure. We were guided through the options and our budget was gently enquired about and respected.
It was a lovely, warm and emotional experience and we'll be going back!

Baker Brothers Diamonds, what can I say about this diamond of a company, truly superb!
I was after a specific Rolex watch that isn’t readily available and came with a wait. Well that wait for me was 4.5 years but Claire at Baker Brothers was there on call for that full wait period. Always reassuring me the call would come one day. Helping me with a few small purchases in the meantime, always replying back to my begging emails for progress on the watch until the day came.
They all welcomed me with open arms the day of me collecting the watch, and the wait was well worth it.
I genuinely cannot praise Claire and the team there enough and they will always be my go to jewellers. Highly, highly recommended!!

I never leave feedback or review but I feel that the customer service provided by Stef and Caris was impeccable, and I hope that I can portray that service in this feedback. From initial enquires on the telephone, to facilitating appointments, sales and follow up / after care. They both had gone well and truly beyond what is expected to deliver genuine and sincere friendly customer service. Regularly one would feel customer service to be false and over exaggerated. But with Stef and Caris it was all very polite, Very professional, genuine and as a result I have recommended themselves to all my friends, family and associates. I hope to do further business with them both as they are a credit to not only to Baker Brothers, but to all the brands they stock. I am very grateful for Stef and going above and beyond to assist me. Even helping with other enquires regarding servicing with products not purchased with themselves.
I would encourage anyone seeking expert advice and advice excellent customer service to shop with Baker Brothers. The purchase of something special should be encompassed in an experience that should be memorable.
