I wanted an old engagement ring diamond reset into a new design. Fenella was fabulous with helping choose a new style and that would look and fit correctly for the size of diamond.

After losing a much loved diamond earring, Bakers have used the one left and an old cluster ring with a small diamond missing to produce a beautiful Diamond Halo ring set in platinum which is stunning. I am especially grateful to Stef who was almost as exited as I was to see it. The cluster ring was originally purchased second hand from Bakers many years ago so has come full circle and that adds to my new rings beauty. Thanks to all at Bakers. X

"Watch Valuation"

Having seen Baker Brothers were an authorised Rolex dealer and their fantastic on line reviews I decided to book an appointment to see them. I needed a valuation on my watch collection and as a Rolex ‘AD’ they fitted the bill. From the moment I walked through the door I was greeted by a brilliant team! Caris and Kelli were fantastic. All of the team were professional and so nice to deal with. So much so I ended up buying something else from them as well. I’ve since been back with another watch for them to value. I can’t recommend them enough, if you want a watch or any form of jewellery they are the place to go.

This long established company stock my favourite brands of watches and i'm happy to make the hour drive evertime as every visit is a pleasure and all the staff are welcoming and friendly.

We had a lovely visit yesterday and a special thank you to Claire & Tanya who looked after us so well while i picked up a very special watch in time for my 50th birthday next week.

I still can't believe I have my new watch in time for my birthday which is all thanks to Claire & Tanya, they have both helped make my birthday even more special.

I have driven past Baker Brothers many times over the years and had always dreamed of walking in and making a purchase, a Rolex being top of the list of items I have wanted to own.

2023 was the year I was finally able to walk in and make my first enquiries about the watch of my dreams.
Caris immediately put me at ease and took time to get to know me and what was important in my life.
My girlfriends name came into the conversation, and I shared that getting engaged in 2024 was something I was planning.

Caris told me that Baker Brothers actually specialises in Diamonds, I shared that it was a Black Diamond that I had in mind and shared the design I was also thinking about. Caris then wanted to meet with Lindsey to get to know her, then she was able to arrange for Baker Brothers to source 2 Black Diamonds, different carats, for me to look at, and took time to share different settings.

As soon as the ring was made, I was invited back in to view it, and it is stunning, craftsmen ship, attention to detail and setting even better than I imagined.
Caris then showed me the various different styles of Wedding Rings available, all of which would compliment Lindsey's engagement ring, she also shared some styles for me.

I have been so impressed by the Service and Customer Care from Caris and Baker Brothers, and cannot wait to continue my journey and relationship with them in the months and years to come.

I would highly recommend Baker Brothers Bedford, they really go the extra mile for their Customers, and Caris has been superb every step of the way.
