"Brilliant, and fast service"

Brilliant service. Website very good , item I ordered was reasonably priced compared to other online shops . Communication was brilliant . Received emails to confirm order, confirm it had been processed with a link to track progress, and an email sent to confirm dispatch , very comforting and efficient and very expedient service . They also deliver to the isle of man which sometimes isn't an option with other companies or if it is it's at very disproportionate postage rate, but the postage was very reasonable too . Very pleased and will certainly use kings and queens again .

I recently used this company and after placing the order saw the negative reviews and heart sank to-be-honest, however the service has been brilliant. I purchased some Vera Wang glasses and the presentation box was badly damaged from the supplier, even before K&Q got the goods, yet K&Q went over & above to resolve the problem and have been very prompt and courteous throughout. I cannot comment on the poor reviews but my experience has been very good. I'd recommend them no problem.

"Fantastic service and products"

I couldn't rate this company more highly. I called to place an order for my brother's 50th birthday present and needed the item within the week. I was told the item was out of stock but they would speak to Waterford directly and see if they could get it sent over asap. Within half an hour I had a call to confirm that Waterford was sending out the item to Kings and Queens who would quality check it and repackage it up for me before arranging a next day courier service for me. I saved £40 by going through Kings and Queens, rather than going directly to Waterford, and the item is absolutely perfect. Fantastic service, Tom the company director goes above and beyond for his customers, nothing was too much trouble. He even told me where to look online to get another item that they couldn't get for me in time, again saving me money! "Great company"

I have been orderering from Kings and Queen’s for some time, and even though I have had to wait for some items I have found them brilliant. When they do not have the stock they tell you ASAP and send emails when the item arrives and when it leaves them.
When I order from the internet I always make sure I read over their Terms and conditions.

When I done this with Kings and Queen’s everything in there explained exactly what people are complaining about on here.
Never had an issues with the staff they are always polite and willing to help. I shall keep returning and recommending.

I would like to thank Rachel and the team for my purchase of a Nao Disney figure. It was an out of stock item at Christmas but i was prepared to wait. My emails were answered quickly and courteously. The item arrived in excellent condition and my wife was over the moon for her belated gift. Mick G

"POOR SERVICE!"

I ordered a range of cutlery in October. There was no indication on the website as to whether items were in or out of stock. Only told that items were out of stock after I had placed the order. Had to wait until January to be told that the order was now complete as and dispatched.
Order arrived to find items missing. On contacting the company I was told that some items were out of stock and had to wait another month until I finally received all the items I had ordered.
At each stage, I had to ask what was happening. This is simply unacceptable today.
I will certainly not be using this company again.

In contrast to other reviews, have always found service excellent. If out of stock have told me by email. This time I wanted two Poppy mugs and could not log in. Tom answered the phone and was very helpful. Had two in stock and I ordered them. In past items arrived in a few days and I expect these to do so.

"Appalling service"

Appalling service. The goods they feature are not in their own stock, they have to then order from the manufacturer - not stated on the site! So, a present for my wife for Christmas was out of stock - promised for her birthday tomorrow (that is now six weeks after ordering - NOTHING. This is not a proper online store, it's a web page I would guess run from a front room.
