Not in stock - borderline fraud.
Should have read these reviews first - we ordered because their site showed the goods in stock only to receive an email stating that they were waiting for a delivery (in 2 weeks) then they would despatch.
In hindsite, would have called to check stock rather than trusting their website.

Wow what can I say I paid for 2 plates and never received them I waited 7 weeks and no sign.
RACHEL is the rudest most sarcastic nasty women and a lier ,she needs to read her reviews as I was told never has a parcel gone missing-there was a untertone of me stealing 2 plates when they had not even posted them.
This company needs to understand the law on selling and contracts between customers and shops and Rachel has no idea what she talks about.
Took me 7 weeks to get my refund ,after threatening to take matters further.
Do not order from these people as you will not get it and will have to deal with Rachel.
Unacceptable customer service -you should never talk to customers in the manner I was.

My main issue is that the site does not provide information about items being in stock or not - so I went ahead and ordered over £100 of additional items for my dinner service. Having paid I received an acknowledgement only to receive an email a day or so later informing me that only a very small amount of the order was in stock. Some items would not be available for 4-5 months!
I did however find the customer service team very helpful and after some discussion about alternatives(which turned out also not to be in stock) I was able to cancel the order and went elsewhere and received all of my order within a few days!
I just think its bad policy not to have a site that gives accurate information about availability BEFORE placing an order.

Items have never arrived and I ordered in January it's now June, I wish I had read reviews before I ordered

"STILL WAITING - ITS BEEN 6 WEEKS!"

The bulk of my order finally arrived after 4 weeks as they wrote saying they were out of stock and waiting for a delivery!! Why not update the web site to ensure that they have the stock if they are selling it!! This is no way to sell online.10 of the plates have still not arrived after 6 weeks. I wish I had read the reviews on here before using the web site.

Another week without the full order, If you are thinking of using this company read the reviews and go elsewhere. Appalling they take your miney and do not supply the goods.

"Never received the package and worst customer service ever"

Hi,
I placed an order few weeks ago.
The package was supposed to be delivered at my sister's house. The parcel actually ended in a pick up shop.
At the pick up shop i've been told that my package never arrived.
I tried to contact the customer service about it but I never received any reply from them.
It was a Christmas Gift. I suppose now I will never have it on time, even if I ordered a while ago. And when I tried to have a refund they just ignore all my emails.
I work as a Customer Service Advisor too and I can say this is the most unprofessional customer service ever.

Ordered plates which were advertised as in stock. Then received an email saying they were waiting for an order that would arrive in 3 weeks. I requested a refund as I would be away at the estimated time of delivery. This was attended to. I think it is important that websites update their stock details. It is misleading to advertise items as in stock if they are not in stock.

"Items 'available for order' are not..."

Placed an order for a knife that the site stated was available, only for them to take my money and then later say they are expecting a delivery in 1-2 weeks!
12 days after taking my money, I still have no knife...
Found a review by someone else on HUKD, and they stated it took over a Month for their knife to arrive.
I have since found a company that has it in stock, and offers next day delivery and the total amount paid is the same.

"Good"

Obtained some French porcelain crockery couldn't get anywhere else in UK. Good communications. Not instantaneous as they order from the manufacturers but they get there in the end and do not charge until despatch.
