Aaron Ryder is by far the fastest and most responsive person that I've worked with (possibly ever) when it comes to responding to emails or assisting us with moving our utilities contracts. He's been pleasant and amenable to all our requests so far.

"Backbilling Support from Karl Stubbs"

A recent issue with the identification of an unbilled gas meter on our site resulted in EON issuing us with a 2 year backdated bill for over £1500.
With Karl's advice and help, we were able to successfully dispute this bill with the ombudsman and have received a credit for £1000.
Thanks to Karl's knowledge and professionalism in this matter - it's good to know we have this support when dealing with faceless corporate energy suppliers like EON
