"Worst company I have ever ordered from."
This was the second time they messed me about. First time they claimed that they hadn't bothered ordering the stuff I needed when they were moving address and had to re-order it. I thought fair enough, people make mistakes.
This time I ordered nearly £400 worth of stuff to try and support small British businesses while ordering what I needed, and they didn't even respond after months of waiting.
I emailed them twice looking for an update and was given nothing but silence, no refund or nothing. They are complete scum and one of the worst experiences I have ever had shopping for war gaming models.
This order was for a Christmas present too and they didn't even have the decency to tell me if it was ordered or not so i could tell the person if it was on the way or not. I ended up having to do a charge back after Christmas to get my £300+ back. I went on the website and they have pawned the sales part of the site onto another company it looks like but kept me in the dark and kept my money.
DO NOT order from this shower of dirt, try anywhere else that even has a shred of professionalism and decency.

"Avoid this and Wargaming International…"
Avoid this and Wargaming International - both are companies that will happily take your money, not deliver and then ghost you entirely moving forward.

"AVOID!!"
AVOID!!! If i could give 0 stars I would. Terrible service. Ignored when asking about orders. Had to resort to using discord to get any kind of response to then be ignored again. Have had to put in a charge back claim with my bank as they refuse to send the item or refund. Beware they also have a second website called Wargaming international!

"Awful Service. Avoid at all costs"
I've ordered from this store multiple times over the years and almost always had minor issues, but the latest set of issues are so bad its almost worth informing trading standards about.
Place an order on June 1st trying to get ahead of the incoming price rises by GW, order was taken and then absolute radio silence for 2 months.
After a barrage of phone call attempts, finally get through to the new manager, who mentions that the previous staff all quit, and he has been brought in to run the store solo, but will only be open on two days per week going forward. He assures that my order will be handled within the next week or so.
A month passes, no dispatch confirmation, and continued difficulty to get any response via phone, social media or email, he finally answers a call and informs me that most of the order could be dispatched the following week.
Another month passes, no dispatch confirmation, no delivery, and now not answeing the phone at all, responding to emails or social media messages.
This company was once at least well meaning, but badly run. It us now grossly incompetent and honestly shouldnt be in business.
4 months to facilitate an order I could get from competitors in under a month is unacceptable.

"Used to be a great store"
Used to be a great store, for the last year has been plagued with problems from stock issues and unfulfilled orders to refusal to issue refunds. Save yourself some hassle and order elsewhere.

"This for the online shop only"
This for the online shop only, I have no experience of the store in house.
Don't buy anything online from them, items that aren't in stock show' in stock'
Communications with them isn't easy either, I called multiple times and no answer.

"Avoid. Here is my experience with Composite games."
I shall share my experience, with fully documented proof available.
03/02/24 - Purchase an order worth £149.
02/03/24 - Nothing heard. Cancel the order and request a refund.
03/03/24 - Nothing heard. Ask for an update.
07/03/24 - Nothing heard. Ask for an update.
08/03/24 - They say the owner will be refunding everyone on the next day.
12/03/24 - Still no refund or confirmation of cancellation.
15/03/24 - Still nothing, I am writing this review. After reading other reviews it's clear I won't receive my money so it will go to the small claims court on Monday.
I am not the only person who has had this experience.

"Extremely slow, no communication"
While the staff are nice and foster a generally good online community, their digital storefront leaves a lot to be desired. The website is of fairly poor quality and the filtering options largely don't exist. Even the latest preorders are hard to come across in any particular organised sense on the website. The website also doesn't appear to show if items are in stock or ordered from GW, and they don't appear to advertise a general order turnaround time for generic items. The main reason is because it appears to take at least 2 weeks if not longer for an order to get processed and even make it out the door. If you're preordering an item they seem fairly good at getting it out the door and to you on the release day or within 24 hours after. If you order any generic items that don't happen to be in stock (or are in stock sometimes), you can be waiting up to three weeks for them to even dispatch an item. Aside from the fact that every other digital shop for wargaming has clear stock numbers and clear restock dates and turnaround times, those storefronts also keep some form of communication about orders, even if it's automated. You always have to chase them up about an order, and they don't seem to really do anything unless you chase and hound them, and eventually get a "sorry it's not in stock and X company hasn't shipped it to us yet". Cool, then tell me that's the case and keep me updated on a weekly basis. They also don't appear to ship orders out each day, and hold all shipping to a Thursday or Friday, so even if the stock does come in for you, they won't ship it right away unless you've made a massive fuss about your order for three weeks straight. Many of my orders have been flat out cancelled after several weeks of going nowhere. I am TRYING to support a smaller independent store over the larger big names, but I shouldn't have to try so hard. If it continues this way, they should stick to brick an mortar and only do online orders for their local gaming community, as they don't seem very well equipped to deal with national orders on any scale.

"First & only order."
At the beginning of January, I pre-ordered the AoO Abaddon book as well as the subsequent boarding actions terrain. on 24/01/23 I chased via email for an estimated delivery date and was told that the expected shipping would be by the end of that week.
None of the order was received that week so I asked for another update on the 02/02/23. In this update, I was informed of GW warehouse stock issues.
Nearly a whole month went by without any proactive updates from the shop so again I chased on the 27th, I was then told that the boarding actions should arrive by that Friday but they couldn't get the book. an offer was made for a refund on 2/03/23 which I accepted.
now the 10/03/23 and somehow the reverse has happened, they can't get boarding actions but can get the book. So now i've had the book arrive but no boarding actions and due to GW price increasces had to pay more from a different shop that got the terrain out to me within 3 days of order.
I'm sure this is a nice shop to go to for purchases but if you pre-order online I would advise being wary as there isn't a guarantee that stock is secured or that you will receive anything in a timely manner.
Also if I hadn't done the chasing on my part I don't think I would have ever received any update at all.
