I do not recommend this compnay at all! Worst Cusotmer Service avalible! Sent me broken goods, said theres nothing they can do because I called after 48 hours when we moved into our new offices. They sent me to a Customer Service manager who pretty much told be we probably broke it and there was nothing they can do!
Do not buy from here, they have horrible policys and thier employees are basic! You will not be happy with this compnay if there is anything wrong with what you buy!

I bought an item over 3 weeks ago. They "claim" they sent it out but they have no tracking info!! Did you ever hear such a thing??

They keep giving me the run around and tell me they will email the warehouse and get back to me. They lie and lie and lie. No one ever gets back to me. 7 phone calls to them. Not 1 back.

I paid over $250 for this item and I was scammed!!

I will file a report withe BBB and I would stay far away from this Company!!

horrible experience, bad customer service, employees who place your order have no clue what they are selling. gotten 3 different delivery dates and did not show up. came after 1 month. Each time I had to email the sales representative like 20 times and he still wouldn't understand. I believe this guy is a senior citizen who probably retired like 20 years ago and still is working. this company is a joke, if you want bad order and not getting good service and people who don't know what they sell please go ahead and order from Global industrial.

what a joke I will never order here again, I prefer ordering from Grand & Toy or Uline and even if it is more expensive at least I get what I ordered and get customer service.

*** I have to say that when I call and get US customer service they know what they are talking about but the Canadian customer service are a bunch of clowns that need training***

"Horrible Customer Service & Inaccurate Shipping Estimates on Website"

Placed an order on September 13, 2018. The website indicated that the item would ship in 3-4 days. I never received any email or call indicating that the item was on back order. The item finally shipped today - 6 weeks after the order was placed and about 5 weeks after the website indicated it would be shipped. I requested that the shipping and handling charge be covered by Global Industrial given that this was an unreasonable delay on their part and the response I received from a supervisor, Mike, was "well Global Industrial incurred a cost to ship the item, I don't see why we should cover that". This will be the last time I ever order from them. Do not trust the shipping estimates on their website and do not expect any decent customer service.

A couple of negative experiences when ordering from Global Industrial.
You put an order and it takes them up to 10 days to tell you that the item is not available.

"Horrible Service"

Our Fire Department needed a flammable cabinet to replace an old one that was not up to code anymore. We ordered it from this company, expecting a better outcome than if we had bought a cheaper one from Ebay. We were told by the customer service representative that it would ship to our Fire Department within a week. After a week, it still had not arrived. I gave it one more week just in case the delivery truck was held back or something. I finally contacted this company again and was told that they were going to look into what had happened with our order. I didn't hear back from them for at least three months. I finally heard back from a representative that stated that the delivery had been taken back due to a damaged product. This representative was incredibly friendly and helpful. He stated that we could either get our money back or receive a new cabinet. I let him know that we would prefer a new cabinet because we still had the issue of not having a cabinet up to code. A week goes by and a different representative emails me with an invoice for this new cabinet. She wanted us to pay them an additional $500 for this cabinet even though we had already paid $800 for the previous one and hadn't gotten our money back for it. I am appalled by this companies customer service and lack of professionalism. They do have that one person who was wonderful, but the rest of the company is just completely unorganized.

"My order was placed well over a month…"

My order was placed well over a month before your Customer Service department could let me it had not shipped. I had to contact the actual freight company to discover the order was never requested to be picked up. A second exact order was placed as a re-ship. This order was lost by the freight company several times before arriving at its desired destination. I have never had to contact a vendor OR a freight company daily to track an order. Let along do my own due diligence to see why the items had not arrived. I am definitely not happy with the way in which your Company handled this order!

Global has great product but the shipping timeframe takes extremely long I have waited almost 2 weeks for 1 of my orders to be delivered
