Edit: I previously gave a 2-star review. I bumped it up to 4 stars because I just spoke with Leon who said he would personally look into my order issue and get back to me. He also clarified that nacre will always show as "acceptable" on the GIA certificates.

Original review: The GIA certificate I purchased along with the Tahitian AAAA pearl necklace did not match the quality specifications as advertised on your website. The most concerning mismatches in quality we’re the nacre being “acceptable” instead of “very thick”, the shape being “near round” instead of round”, and the luster being “very good” instead of excellent”. I returned the item yesterday and confirmed it was received and signed for by A.Bubino from FedEx tracking, and I am awaiting the full refund credited back to me. I would like to do business with Laguna Pearl and/or The Pearl Source in the future as long as the item matches the quality as advertised on your website. Please have Sammy, Leon, or another representative in management contact me for remedy.
