Ok, I was very skeptical of ordering pearls on line and after spending a lot of time reviewing the various companies, I decided to take a chance on Laguna Pearl. Well, I have to admit that the process couldn't have been easier. I spoke with Ruth and we exchanged a few e-mails and within a few short days the pearls arrived. The neckless arrived in a very nice gift box with a certificate indicating that the pearls were hanadama. I was very pleasantly surprised at how nice the certificate looked. I was expecting just a piece of paper but instead I received a very nice looking laminated certificate in a very nice looking book. Now, let me tell you about the neckless. It is absolutely stunning. I bought them for my wife to celebrate our 30th. anniversary and since I had no idea what to get, Ruth helped guide me in making my selection; I truly appreciated her candor and her help. Although I haven't given them to my wife yet, there is no doubt in my mind that she will love them.
