I ordered Hespo mattress which I chose and I also ordered cover for that mattress and the cover for myself and all is perfect but mattress is something more, I feel rested and energized when waking up in the morning! The reason I give four stars is that a delivery guy called me 30 minutes before the delivery and I said of course I wasn't home and if he can deliver me next day at 8:00 and he said no and that he will leave the package (mattress) in the different shop and then I said OK but return me the delivery fee then he called his boss and delivery was made the next morning at 8:00.

"Hespo Nordic Freya"

2018.g. Kupio sam Hespo madrac iz serije Nordic - Freya. Madrac je bio zbilja udoban za spavanje ali sam neugodno iznenađen što je nakon malo više od 3 godine korištenja postao neupotrebljiv. Redovito sam ga rotirao ali svejedno toliko se udubio da je postalo nemoguće ustati se ujutro a da te sve živo ne boli.

Madrac se koristi na visokokvalitetnom talijanskom krevetu odnosno podnici tako da to sigurno nije razlog kratkog vijeka madraca, a također ni sam ne spadam u neku ekstra tešku kategoriju ljudi pa bi jedan standardan madrac to trebao bez poteškoća izdržati...

Dajem još jednu priliku Hespu pa sam i novi madrac uzeo od Vas vjerujući da ću s ovime imati više sreće ...

production not in time. I scheduled my holidays to pick up the mattress.
I have to go again to HR !!
Is any compensation foreseen for cases like this ?
