The seller was great, webshop works well, the delivery guys were great as well. Customer support was awful, completely. My mattress was supposed to be delivered to me on a saturday, customer support works mon-fri. What happened was I spent the whole day waiting in my home for a mattress that didnt arrive. Instead of sending any apology mail or followup, I was ignored. I was notified on monday that my mattress is arriving on monday. Complete disregard towards my time was shown which was completely unprofessional.
