Bestilte gratis prøve, som jeg modtog. Derefter hævede firmaet ca 1000 kr. på min konto uden jeg modtog varer. Firmaet svarer ikke på mine henvendelser. Pas på dem!
Efter at have skrevet dette fik firmaet det slettet, da de påstod jeg ikke havde handlet hos dem. Sendte min dokumentation til Trustpilot, som så satte det på igen

"Mistaken identity"

I put Jo Malone Lime Basil & Mandarin into the search engine and this perfume came up third on the page. I assumed that the numbers 154 were some kind of order code and not the name of the perfume ( I'd never heard of it!) imagine my disappointment when a completely different product arrived in the post.
I realised it was my mistake so I didn't send it back, but I don't understand why this was offered when my search criteria were very clear.
