"People make mistakes "

I called for assistance I made a spelling mistake while texting my first name on my easy jet booking. Some how I ended up call the number that got me to Alexatravel . I was told I needed to pay £98 in order to amend my booking. After talking all my information . I received a call 20 minutes later asking for a further cash£132 payment then they and only then couldn they proceed. I refused I was refused the money. The point is easy jet sorted out everything for free the next day . Please be careful and go through your agent before making the mistake I made threw panicking
