"Long time customer- They're growing big!"

I have been working with Zap! Creatives over a year or so now, and although they were a little lack-luster at first when they were smaller, they have absolutely stepped-up their game when it comes to quality, attentiveness, and customer service. I usually order their clear acrylic charms, and for the price they are one of the lowest cost-wise for the English speaking companies out there. I know some of their "competitors" on websites like Alibaba have lower prices, but having worked with them in the past and haven dealt with their abysmal customer service and communication, I would choose Zaps over them anytime. I also personally know some artists who have worked with some of the Alibaba sellers have had their artwork stolen and sold to Chinese manufacturers to mass produce without their consent, which translates to lost sales on their behalf, and the fact the did not consent to those actions and had their hard-work stolen when they thought they could trust their manufacturer–– a situation I get to avoid when working with Zaps. I have been in the printing business for some time and not once in any community have I heard a single notion of their artwork being stolen when working with Zaps.
Overall, I 100% recommend working with Zap! Creatives as I personally have seen them grow so much within the time of a year; I cannot wait to see what they become in the future.

Very good! I received my order in recycable packaging, which was very nice! I ordered 50 wooden pins, but got 60! They’re all of good quality. They also arrived very fast,I think production and shipping was done in like 10 days? This includes weekends! I did order with the courier option though, but it was still very fast.
All in all very happy!

I originally heard about Zap! Creatives from a friend, and decided to try ordering a single keychain. Not only did it come on time and in perfect condition (with lots of protective packaging), but I was updated through email about the entire process of receiving and processing the order, which was very nice! And creating the keychain was super simple, as they have a step-by-step process listed on their website. They offer a great selection of custom items, and I'm excited to try making and ordering more things from them in the future.
