"Good for the price"

It was my first time getting stickers from them, and I took the 100 piece for 30 pound offer, 5 designs. The printing is pretty, the colours were good, the only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because the edges of the die cut stickers were a bit raw. It doesn't impact the sticker itself (it was just carrier paper), but it does impact the buyer experience. But since it was overall cheap, I have no complaints.

I was worried about the free shipping I chose but it arrived safe and sound.

I will likely to use their services again.

"Gorgeous stand, wonderful purchase"

I was actually able to order a single copy of my product from Zap! (as opposed to ordering in bulk, which so many acrylic stand makers require!), and the quality is wonderful, as was the consulting process leading up to its production. I accidentally snapped one piece (acrylic stands are notoriously fragile) and they sent me a replacement very quickly when I expressed my concerns. I had this made as a gift and the recipient loves it dearly. :) Despite being an amateur myself, Zap! made something that looks incredibly professional. Absolutely worth it. I'm definitely coming back to work with Zap! again!

"Exceeds my expectations every time!"

I have only had great experiences with Zap! Creatives. They are responsive to messages and have always been able to deliver within their stated time frames. I feel they truly care about producing great quality products for their customers; I have approved artwork and then when they have printed it, they haven't been super happy with it so they will contact me to let me know, make adjustments, and reproduced my order so that it's perfect.

I have placed a number of orders now and they exceed my expectations every single time! Any minor issues I have had, have been dealt with in a timely and professional manner which has increased my trust for this business.

"Terrible customer service"

This company has terrible customer service and only cares about money. They sent me someone else’s order. Then after 2 weeks from my original order date, they resent my order via a different mail service and told me it would take 5-12 weeks to arrive and they refused to give me any kind of refund or make it right in any way. Sadly, it was just a sample sticker sheet and I was going to be ordering many more from them, but now they lost my business. I disputed the charge and my cc company sided with me. Just a terrible experience overall.

Edit to response: An non-empathetic sorry while stating your shipping policies isn’t necessary and only makes you look worse… YOU made a mistake and sent me the wrong items, causing shipping time to be weeks, possibly months longer. And it was a sample sticker sheet. Could fit in an envelope with basic postage. Not going to pay 20gbp just to get an envelope. You fail to understand what customer service is about.

The printing is crisp and vibrant, the artwork setup and proofing process is super simple, and their tracked shipping to the US is fast.
