I bought ProWarm XP-PRO Underfloor Heating Thermal Insulation Boards - 1200mm x 600mm to be installed under Tiles spending £300+. As per the description of the material its suitable to be put under Tiles.

The material however is very filmsy, and does not seems to be able to take the weight of the tiles.

When i asked about the returns, while RoofGiant readily agreed to do a refund, but mentioned that i need to pay from my own pocket for the returns.

When I requested that under the online buying standards this should be returned at the expense of the seller/manufacturer. if the item is not suitable. i was told that they wont do it, as they think its suitable but clearly they were not

Finally I needed to spend from my own pocket for sending this back and will await for the refund
Bad experience of ordering and returning an item not suitable for its intended purpose

Caused me more money and time wasted as the builder needed to wait for 2 days for correct items from another provider to continue the work
