Decided to give it a try, but found the app won't install on my Android 11 phone. And no, I'm not going to spend $700 or more for a new phone. Help chat told me it was a Google problem, not a Citro problem.
I then went to their Facebook sponsored page and left a comment to warn others about this shortcoming. They blocked me! Not a very professional business model to do that.
They can keep their card!

A good experience so far. I have just recently received my Citro card and had a lovely young man contact me to explain exactly how I can use the card, and he told me that they had put $50 credit on there (bonus!) for me to use wherever I want. He was very helpful and polite and told me I could message him anytime if I had any questions at all.

I decided to sign up because it was being endorsed by Denis Drysdale, Kate Langbroek and Julia Morris. Id like to think we can trust them. Just had a call from Josh who set up my card and now I have $50 to spend. Everything is simple to navigate and I look forward to using it. I also know I can delink my account at any time if I need to.

If you are thinking about getting this card - Don't! I used it for products at Chemist Warehouse and Temu both of which they refused to pay the expected discount. They also would not pay the advertised $50 sign-up bonus and the $50 advertised credit when they didn't pay within 7 days! After these experiences I withdrew my banks debit arrangement. The so called celebrities who promote this useless concept should be embarrassed by their association! If you are thinking of using this card I have one word for you - RUN !
