Another scam promoted by celebrities. Doesn't deserve a single star.
I spent over $300 on wines from Virgin Wines, which is a partner merchant on Citro. No cash back. The reason? I had to read the fineprint.

Be warned this is not a card you need big corporate scam to get your money🤬
Please don’t waste you time or money if you make a mistake your bank won’t cover you and Citro don’t care all they want is your money be warned us older people have enough scams thrown at us to try and get our money this is just another one. I hope this card dies a natural death don’t do it!!!!!!

I did not get the signup reward promised.
I have not received cashback into my super as promised. I have purchased two big ticket items which promised cash back when bought through their promos and have not received ash back. T28he activity always said no Cashback.

"Money stolen ... dispute impossible "
I have just had over $300 stolen from my account in unauthorized transactions and have been told I have to Google and contact the merchants that took my money before Citro will investigate.
What an absolute load of crap.
Do yourself a favour and don't use them!
You can only contact them during business hours, you can't unlink your account all you can do is freeze the card.
It's not worth the hassle for the pissy amount of cashback you receive.
Stick to Flybuys and everyday rewards.
I wouldn't recommend these guys to my worst enemy!

This is why you should read reviews !! Thank you to those other reviewers on here who told their stories and convinced me to not apply for a Citro Card. Obviously false advertising, getting all those 'celebrities' to say how great the card is. They probably don't actually have one but got paid nicely for the advertisement. Thank you also to the reviewers who said that all the positive reviews are about their newsletter not the card. Don't waste your time!!
