It took a while to figure out what width we needed. Then we put in the order. Great experience. Didn't see a tracking number and emailed Deconovo. They expedited things. Two surprises. Curtain hooks are adjustable. Never saw that before and really great. We thought the curtains would come from a factory in the south. Of course they shipped from China. Final product is beautiful.

"DECEPTIVE AND RESTRICTIVE RETURN POLICIES - BUYER BEWARE!!"
Very disappointed with the lack of transparency of this company and their return policies. Received a curtain order through Bed Bath and Beyond right before the holidays. Reviewed the return policies in the BB&B app on my order history screen, where it clearly said the order was refund eligible for 30 days from receipt. Now they are saying refunds must have been initiated within 15 days (even during the holidays!) and are only eligible for ‘unopened’ packages. The only way to learn of this restrictive policy is to click a hyperlink on the product information page (not the cart or order history page) with the seller’s name, WHICH HAS NO INDICATION that this is where the details of the seller’s return are ‘hidden’. They are deliberately hiding a policy that is MUCH more restrictive than their competitors. Do yourselves a favor, forego BB&B and its shady suppliers. Stick with Amazon and Wayfair, where return policies are clear and up front!
