My mirror cabinet was delivered with a faulty hinge. I informed them on their website and the VERY NEXT DAY two hinges were delivered to me. I was staggered and very pleasantly surprised by their service and efficiency. Would recommend this company

Description of the product stated '150mm clearance required for switch operation'.
When mounted in portrait orientation the switch is in the bottom right hand corner. The four fixing screws are on the sides.
This means 150mm clearance is required on the edges. Meaning the product cannot be mounted against a wall.

I had a small issue with a blemish on a LED Mirror I purchased. Grey Pebble handled it quickly and efficiently, collecting the rejected mirror and then delivering the replacement quickly with no fuss. For that reason I’d definitely use them again in the future.

Received my mirror in just over one day but was very disappointed to find it smashed with the packaging part cut open. Sent for a replacement and was pleased to find this arrived very quickly and in good order. The mirror is now hanging in place and looks very nice

The reason I have given the 3 star rating is the fact the first cabinet I took possession of did not work.
The professionalism at replacing the unit with a new one was fantastic and but for the first hiccup would have scored a 5.
