The job took 3 trips to our home, all were done in a professional manner. Matt, the service tech was polite and courteous. Emails and texts were very helpful notifying that parts were ordered, delivered and that the tech was on his way to house. No fault of NANA a part was broken in shipment. Parts were re-ordered and delivered timely. No problem, no negative issues.

I bought a GE refrigerator in June 2022.. it stopped freezing and making ice in October. Under warranty I was assigned Nana services for repair.
Daniel the technician was awesome. This was not a quick repair. He made two service visits and had to order refrigerant that took a few day to get.
He was on time, very neat and obviously very knowledgeable of his craft. I will use Nana exclusively for home repairs from here on. Highly Recommend., Kevin W.

Nana has been to my house 7 times to fix my Samsung ice maker and it is still not repaired. In addition the tech they sent out scratched my control panel and Nana does not seem to this that it is their problem. They have told me that a supervisor would call, it has been 2 weeks.
I’m editing my review they called today and ordered the part needed.I’ll update when repair is done.
