The technician, Ben Jones, was extremely knowledgeable and diagnosed my dryer problem quickly. He ordered the parts, they arrived at my house, and he came back out and replaced all the worn parts. I appreciate his professionalism and skills.

"My experience with Nana"

My first experience with Nana was horrible. There was a long delay trying to get service and my service appointment was canceled four times. The first technician to come didn’t even have tools with him. He looked at the washer and ordered parts that were not needed it. My next and final technician, Cecil, was great. He ordered the right parts and made sure the washer was 100% before leaving.

"Technician was fantastic and give him 5…"

Technician was fantastic and give him 5 stars but interaction with Nana was terrible. It was very difficult to contact Nana to talk about issues. All the communications has to be through the website but the website is totally useless. They do not respond. Due to this it has taken more than it has taken more than 3 months to fix the problem. I would recommend the technician but not Nana.
