Fantastic service from Craig and the team during our recent move. Even when our exchange was delayed and the date changed, Craig remained calm and reserved the date for us. The day went smoothly and to plan with no hiccups! We would definitely recommend this 5 star removal company. Thank you team Orwell .

Great service from everyone concerned, competitive price and Craig replied quickly to my request for a quote (in fact as he was in the area he arrived within thirty minutes!) and gave some good advice on how to prepare for the move. Amanda ensured all the paperwork was completed well in advance, even though the move was the following week. On the day the team turned up as arranged and worked hard all day with great good humour and ensured there was nothing further we required before they left. Definitely a 5* service.

Our move date changed a few times but Craig was still able to move us.
Craig and the team were absolutely amazing on the day.
They arrived on time and were very efficient in getting the lorry loaded even with the terrible rain!
The house was well protected as well as all the furniture.
We had a long drive to our new address and sadly there was a hold up the other end, but Craig and the team waited patiently until we were able to move in.
