Having been given only 28 days to migrate from TSOHost as they were unable to migrate my plan, I was understandably thrown into a bit of a panic! I can honestly and truthfully state that the decision I made to move to Web Hosting UK was 100% THE RIGHT ONE. Not only did they manage the migration of my sites and domains without me having to interact with TSOHost, but they were solicitous in making me feel they wanted my custom by checking-up with me how the work I had to do with the migrations was going to plan; and then when I did have a problem with a legacy embedded URL to a domain I didn't want to migrate, they took the problem off my hands and resolved it. Thanks Robert - I owe you one!

Try calling that UK phone number. I need to speak to people on the phone. I wanted a UK company with a UK PHONE SUPPORT TEAM! That's what they had when I bought my hosting package from them. In March 2024 I had to use their inadequate chat box to request a call back, but was told that the PHONE SUPPORT I NEED WOULD NEVER BE DENIED TO ME! Just to Last week when I need a five minute PHONE CALL, FOUR HOURS OF ONLINE CHAT LATER I'm being told NO! Not only that, but on requesting their Solicitor detail I'm being told all sorts of nonsense about having to contact Management, who conveniently are not available until this week to to speak to me. Not even their sales/billing team have been available by phone for FOUR WORKING DAYS. I've been told this is a 'limited service' for which I'm deemed, as a person in the severe disability group, unworthy. When I said I was going to leave a one star review here, I was told that I have 'misunderstood' things. Since it's now Monday, I've not been able to work on my site for a week, I've not been called back, this company have denied me reasonable adjustment, are in breach of contract with me, unfit for the purposes for which I chose them, have refused to answer emails, call me, treated me like I'm stupid, refused to answer simple questions, told me what I'm allowed to be concerned about, I recommend people stay away. There are other UK companies that pay UK based staff.
Editing to add in to this: I finally managed to contact the Manager, John, he didn't call me as I was told he would. He did remember our conversation from March, yet tried to claim this company had never offered phone support, which again, I state is the very thing I called to check about BEFORE I chose to buy my hosting with them. Now, I will give John credit for claiming to come up with a choice of solutions. A, they would be willing to 'accommodate' my special requirements by offering phone support through a request via their chat box... ha, you mean, exactly the same solution I was offered in March? But when I asked was told a flat out NO! for four hours?... but the catch is also that it could take 24h to get the call. That would be great, if I could guarantee being fit enough to accept a call the next day. Except my abilities are exceptionally LIMITED! Option B, I find alternative hosting, & because they cannot meet my support needs, they will give me a refund. Since option A was supposed to be what I already had, without a wait time, but I was told absolutely NO! I'm thinking B is my better option. John tells me there is no way to give me a refund until I move to a new host, & we've had a PHONE CALL to confirm the migration of the site, & a back up taken. We speak about the cost for me, since it's an unexpected cost. He doesn't care how I have to find this money. So I have to look at somehow finding the finances to find a host that can provide the service I originally paid them for. John insists on the call being made on the Monday, but it's inconvenient for me, he so he says Tuesday. I ask why not Friday? Since I need this money back where it should be to cover bills as quickly as possible. John agrees to CALL me on Friday 10th August. My new hosting company are amazing. They have UK customer service, that actually answer the phones. Their team migrated my site for me when a glitch meant I couldn't. They CALLED ME every single time they said they would. Their staff are polite, explain exactly what is going on, and accommodate all my needs.
However, I'm still waiting for John to have the morals, and ethics to CALL me back as previously arranged. This edit does not allow me to submit files. However, this is from an email John sent me- "This all could have been resolved, if you had decided not to make everything public. Now since you are not receiving your desired support from us, there wont be any further calls arranged for you. We have tried to understand your health issues and tried to cooperate with you with the best possible efforts inspite of the bad reviews that you have shared for us on public platform.
You are willing to write all your long reviews but you do not want to write your issues in email.
I am awaiting for your final confirmation so that we can close this issue once and for all. Please confirm you have downloaded your backups so that we can terminate your account and offer refund. "
Please let it be noted that I use a speech-to-text app. These do not work perfectly, and virtually not at all in a tiny chat box with sight and hand dexterity issues. Which is why I request Phone Support. I have THREE incurable brain/spinal cord conditions that spiral with each other. It takes HOURS to create what is written here, and DID WRITE EMAILS THAT WERE IGNORED, and NO CALLS WERE MADE TO ME FIRST!. I don't have the characters left to say more, nor the refund, just the principles that John so severely lacks.

Update: August 15th 2024
Around three weeks after receiving two messages stating that my email with the questions had been forwarded, I sent them a follow-up message on Thursday, August 15th. I will keep you updated on any new developments.

"I have yet to receive an answer to my questions about where my credit card information is stored and where the company is operated from. If I do not receive a satisfactory response this week, I will file a complaint with the relevant data protection authority in the UK."
Update 27th of July 2024:
I do not need their service anymore and told them that. They just asked me three times the same question about why I did not want to continue (I no longer use the hosted homepage). I think everything is okay. Then they just today deduct the amount and tell me I should have placed a cancellation request 20 days prior to their billing cycle date. I talked with two from the company support before the 20 days and they did not inform me about I also had to submit a cancellation request.
They sent an email where they wrote I should do the payment by myself and provided a link. I have not done this payment. I have login to the client area and cannot see I have provided them with my credit card information or that I can delete such information. Support claim I have given this information a specific place. When I asked for screenshot where that is did i not receive a reply back.
When I ask ChatGPT about the address do I get this answer: The address at 167-169 Great Portland Street, Fifth Floor, London, W1W 5PF, is indeed used as a virtual office. The London Office, a B2B service provider, offers this address as part of its virtual office services, including mail handling, call forwarding, and meeting room access. It is indicated this company is operated from India just pretending be a UK company and the support people not using their real names. This raises significant concerns for me about the company's credibility and transparency. I wish I had known this information earlier, as it would have influenced my decision-making process.
Their Privacy Policy says:
"All information You provide to Us is stored on our secure servers inside the European Economic Area (‘EEA’). It will also be processed by staff operating inside the EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers."
I have ask support this question: Can you give me an official confirmation that is correct? All the staff is operating inside the EEA? I did not receive a reply back.
I will do more investigation and contact the relevant authorities to present to them the concerns with this company
