"Excellent tool to meet therapists but..."

An excellent tool to meet therapists and be given treatment. However, the app rarely allowed me to use the video call feature which resulted in between 5 to 10 minutes of setting up a call using a video conference app through e-mail communication.

I had a wonderful therapist through Dr Julian. I was very sceptical of using an online service and to be honest, the first therapist that was suggested to me was actually quite hopeless, as they insisted on using text messaging for the session, which I didn't really want. HOWEVER, I requested to change and made sure this time to search for the exact therapy-type I wanted (CBT) and I was able to look at each therapist's credentials and qualifications, so I chose a senior therapist and I could not have been happier with the experience. I really recommend this service to anyone in need of some great therapy: just make sure you choose your therapist very carefully so you know you're getting exactly what you need!

This was an amazing service I got to choose a therapist who was an expert to help me with my particular problem (PTSD) just by clicking the filter and then selecting one that worked around my schedule. I was initially sceptical about doing the session online but my god how wrong I was. It was amazing to speak to the therapist from my own sofa and with the video felt like the therapist was in the room with me. Try this service if you need help it changed my life.

"Brilliant and very accessible way of getting the help you need!"

For years I have suffered with anxiety - and have had multiple sessions of hypnotherapy etc. Nothing helped so I went to the doctor and was told about this website and it is brilliant! I had a few CBT sessions with one of the therapists and have been so much better since. It's very convenient as the sessions are online so you can do them at whatever time suits you (later in the evenings was great for me as i work late). The process of paying etc is very easy. Getting help couldn't be more accessible - so thank you for this app. I would highly recommend.

Wonderful therapist on this site that was able to connect with me on a deep level, I was able to express my emotions and be heard, I was a little reluctant at first regarding on line - but its one of the best things I've done since joining and I recommended my friend and she found someone that met her needs also. I felt that I've grown and been accommodated when needed.

I had an amazing start with Dr Julian for someone suffering with complex mental health. I found a counsellor who was tremendously supportive but unfortunately had to leave which I found tremendously difficult. After that it was a downhill slide, with unfulfiled promises, failure to respond after asking for specific support which I was told they could accommodate and then I was left adrift. I have now in a worse position, very depressed from when I started and needing more help. Anyone out there for any recommendations would be appreciated, still struggling! And no closure with Dr Julian.
