Seriously found that within minutes, I was able to be connected with someone within a short period of time with a choice of therapists, which follow all the therapy guidelines. I've never had online therapy before, so I was apprehensive about how the app would work as well as being a little nervous about the appointment. I needn't have worried. The app was incredibly straight forward to use, I didn't have any problems at all.

After a very difficult couple of years during which I suffered from depression and anxiety due to illness and bereavement, I finally found I could talk to someone.
Even the thought of walking into a doctor's surgery and speaking to a receptionist would prevent me from seeking help. At last I could talk to someone from the security and comfort of my own home. No feeling uncomfortable and embarrassed in a cold, formal office - just someone I could talk to who understands and will help me work through my feelings.
I confess that I didn't think that talking to a therapist could help - how wrong was I!
I am so glad that I found the Dr Julian app.

"This was my first time to try a session … and I'll never look back! Video therapy is the way forward in so many ways..."

This was my first time to try a session with a therapist online, and although I wasn't sure how it would feel, I wanted to try it because the idea of speaking to someone from home without having to track to london was just soooo appealing! And I can honestly say, it was so good. I had my cup of tea in my favorite mug with my slippers on, I cried and my mascara ran and no body was there to see me except the kind therapist! I didn't have to get in the car or on the tube afterwards with red eyes, I just lay down on my bed and tried to take it all in.
I've had a horrific year of loss and anxiety, stress and confusion, and I've been very sceptical about talking to anyone especially after a bad experience earlier in the year with a therapist I didn't really gel with. But my therapist on the app was so gentle and understanding and actually asked me questions and showed human reactions rather than just nodding her head (I used Felicity). I may well try another therapist who specialises in different methods, just so I find he best one for me but that's the beauty of he app, they are all there for you to pick from so easily.
The app was so easy to use, and the video connection is just amazing! It is so clear and simple to use, all integrated. You book your appointment, then make sure your super comfy, have a cup of tea next to you, your slippers on, and at the time of the appointment, your device just rings.
Highly recommend it, I'm a massive advocate of video councelling, I'll never look back! Thanks Dr Julian!

Absolutely brilliant, easy to use and so quick. I was suffering from a panic attack and at a click of a button I managed to get an appointment to a professional who gave me the tools to be able to get on with my day.
