When you printed the envelope label the first character of every line was missing. This meant that the envelope could not be delivered on Saturday. Does this meet your normal quality standard? Not a difficult thing to check?

Prompt service. Arrived quickly and as described. It does an excellent job of getting rid of the lion's share of the layers of varnish ready for sanding. Quicker than a heat gun and more environmentally friendly than chemical stripper. The knob improves performance I think.

I have not used the tool yet but am awarding 3 stars as it took over 2 weeks to arrive which meant I couldn’t use it to collect the leaves when I needed to, so used my rake and hands instead.
Will hopefully use it in the winter months and provide an update on how effective it is then.

Discovered Prime Tools online when searching for garden hand tools. Good selection of tools, had exactly what i was looking for, price was in keeping with other sites. 24 hours later tools arrived on door step, exactly as they appeared on website.
Had a query after placing order, contacted their office by phone had know trouble getting through and my query was dealt with. I would have no hesitation in using Prime Tool again.
