I have used this service before with a different course provider and had no issues then, I was able to get a response if needed, and actually speak to someone. However, I have taken up a new loan with a different course provider, and for some reason Knoma is impossible to contact, I can't sign into my account even though they're taking money out from my account. It's really disappointing, and I just want to check my remaining balance to pay it off early, but it won't let me login - it says that it's not accepting new application when I try to sign in, even though my application has already been approved since September...
