I got accepted by Knoma for a course that I had applied for. The course advisor had advised me that this is the best way to proceed in regards to financing my course. I applied for Knoma and received a confirmation that I had been accepted, and although I had to go out of the country, I emailed the Knoma team to let them know I will be finalising the payment process as soon as I am back, and I asked for confirmation that my account will not be closed. I received an email promptly within the same day that this was fine and my account would still be active.Come end of month, I tried to log into my account to sign only to see that my application had been cancelled and further correspondence through email had further been ignored, even after sending multiple emails to at least get confirmation of what had happened, I received not even one email back and have since been ignored by their team. I found this to be really unprofessional as I had planned to start my course, however I now have to find other ways to finance my course as I had previously been relying upon them. I would definitely not recommend this company due to their lack of professionalism and utter negligence.
