I do not recommend and suggest stay as far as possible from this company. I ordered a set of EBC brake pads and discs through one of the distributors, and to put it briefly, one of the discs had a defect. As a result, I had to replace unnecessary suspension parts, which cost me about £1200. In the end, self-proclaimed EBC specialists, based on photos, tried to avoid refunding me for the brake set, blaming my brake caliper. However, when I asked questions like why swapping the discs caused the vibration to move to the other side, and why installing a new, different set eliminated the vibration entirely, they suddenly changed their mind and accepted the complaint. To summarise, replacing the EBC discs and pads cost me an extra £1200, and I didn't even hear an apology. I do not recommend them, once again

I understand that you now want to create good PR, but when ML Performance, from whom I bought the brake kit, couldn’t confirm for two weeks whether they had sent the parts back to you, I called you directly. I was told by one of your specialist that I should contact the distributor because it’s not your concern. So, you’ve already shown how helpful you are.

I have left review to MLP ( about how they lost parcel I have return) and one review is for EBC because I have purchase your product and it doesn’t matter who sold brake set to me what is matter who produce it and I just warned potential customers about defective product you selling via your distributors and how you deal with your clients if there is some issue so if someone do not want to spend money for replacing unnecessary parts its better for them to consider other companies
