"Right from the start it was an amazing…"

Right from the start it was an amazing experience! Chris was incredible and went out if his way to ensure that my mom got exactly what she needed! The system is so easy to use! Completely wireless; plug it in and charge the pendant and it’s ready to use. No messing around with phone jacks etc. When unit was received, I got a call from Carly to ensure everything was working and we tested the unit while she was on the phone. So glad I reached out to them!!

"Great responsiveness to issues"

My mom had been having ridiculous problems with their new watch model and unusually getting no callbacks from her case worker for a week straight. A strongly-worded email got a callback outside of business hours, and Matthew took perfect care of us. We're switching to the more reliable medical alert pendant system and we've got high hopes for a more successful situation. Thank you so much for the personalized and rapid response. Fingers crossed going forward, but for now we are beyond satisfied!

"Setup and other comments"

The setup went well. I pressed the button and someone answered and they called me by name. The next day I phoned to ask some questions -e.g. was there anything else I had to do, how often should I charge the device as it would have to be a time when I wasn't too active and needing to wear it. My questions were answered and she told me to test the device for a "fall". She told me to drop the device from a moderate height which I did. Someone answered the call and I told him it was a test I was asked to do and that I was alright. Later the place in Vancouver that handles calls for ambulances etc called me to check if I needed an ambulance as Legacy had called them. So I said I was okay and that it was just a test but that I had told the person at Legacy I was okay and didn't need help. I'm hoping that doesn't happen often but it helped me see how the system works. Everyone I have spoken to at Holo has been helpful, patient and professional.

The company rep, Matt, was courteous and polite during the initial call. He was able to satisfactorily answer all of my questions and explained the system very well. The equipment arrived after a few days, as promised. Within a few hours of receipt, Matt called to ensure everything was okay, and assist with the setup and system test. I would highly recommend this company.

"Simple and effective medical monitoring …"

My initial contact was with a knowledgeable gentleman named Matt whom I found to be extremely friendly and courteous. He listened to all of my concerns and assisted me with deciding on which item would suit my issues best. He also followed up to ensure that everything was delivered successfully as there was an initial issue with the postal service. I had a simple and extremely knowledgeable setup over the phone once everything arrived. I am now able to rest comfortably in knowing that if I need any medical assistance, it is just a push of a button away.
