"Some birdbox camera help"

I own some IP birdbox cameras and needed some advice/ direction for computer remote access to view the boxes over the internet.
Green Feathers were able to quickly respond with links to newer software and info to help me set it up.
I'm grateful that their customer support were able get me through this issue without any delay. Their cameras and after sales service in my opinion is first class.

Had issues with a phono to HDMI adapter (was not displaying picture on TV) and Stephen Sheppard was incredibly helpful and swapped out the part without question.
Although the replacement part that Stephen duly sent worked, I was still having issues with the picture quality on my Samsung TV and Stephen agreed to a refund on the part. Very professional and courteous outfit. Would highly recommend

Great product except fixing bracket screws not good. Wants a redesign.

I had a problem with the first camera not connecting and they changed it over very quickly and without any fuss, the new one works well

Very easy to set up and install. Within 2 days a pair of bluetits had set up home. The colour video is amazing quality and you can share the app with family and friends. Just be aware the box is big and heavy. And if others log onto your live feed you will have to re-set the connection (switch off and switch back on).

Everything promised turned up, simply presented, well explained and worked as per the description. Minor issue with a subsequent order handled promptly and sensibly. No problem.
