"Very fast dispatch"

Very fast dispatch, this was the second bird camera I have bought recently.

Very prompt response to my query and efficient, swift despatch of cable. Excellent customer service.

The ‘Wolkenheim’ nesting box is made of very good quality wood. All holes are well prepared. Assembly is simple, although a superfluous bracket for hanging the camera caused some confusion. The camera itself takes very good photos and videos. The WiFi transmission works perfectly.

But the control software is poor.

The control board below the observation window contains only five items:
Top - Take photo (1) - (Video) Record (2) - Replay (3)
at the bottom with an annoying half window width in between
Cloud storage (4) - Photo album (5).

1 and 2 save to the app album, although I subscribed to the cloud - where and how do I change this?
3 only sends a note ‘No SD card’
4 says ‘No video yet’, that is correct, but there is no way on the board to directly access the videos stored in the app
5 does what it is supposed to do

Major problems
I haven't found a way to switch off the camera to save power - and turn it on again.
How/where is the activity sensor switched on and calibrated?

That should be enough. With software based on my idea, you would find these options without major problems. I have not managed to do so in two days.
A detailed manual online would certainly be helpful. The available good videos only show unboxing, installation and setup. I have not found my problems.

This is my third camera over a good number of years and bought a wireless one after I changed broadband provider from old hard wired router to small EE mobile hub after noticing activity around the box. Just got the camera installed and working with the help of video from green feathers which is a great help. Just in time for the nest building with colour and sound. Great.

Delivery took a few days Camera was the same as our other one but didn’t want to connect to the internet. Sorted after many attempts. Hopefully the connection will be stable now
