Nice kit. Minor issue was sorted out very easily. Put the hedgehog house out at the start of March and a hedgehog arrived on the 8th. Very pleased.

I bought a bird camera from Green Feathers, for my wife as a Christmas present,
This was a very easy ordering process with prompt delivery.
When I came to run the cable from the tv to the garage, I found there was not enough length required, so I rang the sales team, and they were very helpful and advised me to send back the cable and re-order a longer length, then they re-inburst me for the one I sent back.
I think the after sales team is excellent, we are very pleased with the camera and company, so much that I sent for a new bird box, which we are also delighted with.
I am of the older generation and still like to talk to a person rather than sending emails back and forth.
So, a BIG THANK YOU and keep up the good work.

What an amazing company! We have purchased several bird box cameras over the years, all from Green Feathers. We recommend them to all of our birding friends. When we thought a newly installed camera seemed to show condensation, Green Feathers were absolutely brilliant.
The "condensation" turned out to be dust on the lens in a very difficult to access kestrel box. Green Feathers staff could not have been more helpful. Thank you all so much.

Very good website help enabled assembly and testing a success.
Robust bird box and very good camera with voice activation. Bird sounds and motion alerts enhance viewing. Effective LED lighting in daylight. Excellent infra red at night time.
Also successfully linked up with phone/tablet app and my windows PC using your Youtube guides. I would like more help with connection via my TV. All in all though a good buy.
