My initial opinion was not particularly good.
But now I've totally changed my mind and I find the camera excellent, being mains powered there's no problems with batteries or Internet. My wife and I get a lot of pleasure watching the foxes, hedgehogs and badgers.

The Gen3 bullet camera is excellent in performance and quality.
Sadly, I have just been told I can't link this to my Echo show device.
That is the only disappointment I have with it.

I made some enquiries prior to purchase and the support provided was very prompt and good. I then purchased the recommended type of bird camera. The product arrived promptly. However the instructions were poor and the link did not work. I contacted support again who were helpful. Many of the links on the set up videos do not work. Teh product came with a screw to mount but this did not fit teh thread. Support are helpful but teh web site is large and not easy to find support topics.

Had the bird box camera for over twelve months and not fitted it. Then discovered we needed an extension lead for it as lead wasn’t long enough for what we needed. Ordered and received with a couple of days. Informed throughout process. Now camera is in use and it’s brilliant. So very happy with it. Totally recommend. Today we saw our blue tit arrive and can’t wait hopefully for nest building and eggs.
