Just so helpful, l was bought a a camera for a present and was so pleased with it, but this year it wouldn’t work, l was prepared to buy a new bird box camera but they offered to replace free of charge, even though it was 4 years old. I am delighted, so very very grateful, kindness like this is hard to find nowadays. Thank you made an old lady happy.

And charged by solar power on my allotment
Had to make My own USB to power adaptor as the one supplied did not work will contact them over this
