Super speedy delivery. Had a minor set up issue and got an instant response from their AI tool which may not have solved it but seemed relevant and appropriate, not the usual, "here's some stuff unrelated to your enquiry". Then a further follow up from an actual human. First purchase of what will almost certainly turn out to be many more (although with hindsight I wish I'd bought the wi-fi camera instead of the wired)

Update from March 24.2024
After all, thank you very much Ash from Greenfeathers to come back to me again.
She sent me the correct links and the more or less correct information how to make it work.
icsee pro App does not function but icsee App works.
So finally the camera can be used and works as it should.
In June 2021 I bought the NCIP210M HD IP Bird Box Camera.
Back the I contacted the support because it was not possible to connect the cam to the network and I asked the support for help several times. But after some back and forth I gave up and put the cam away.
Now, four years later, my son is five years old and I wanted to give the camera another try to show him the birds growing up.
I contacted the support again and the new AI support answers immediately - but it does not understand the question, sends answers with links that are not working or with software they recommend to install for around 50$. Asking again is useless because it sends the same useless answers.
Then I sent a message via the website directly and this is now around 5 days ago and no answer.
The idea is great but when users have to invest hours and hours and even four years later there is still no quick and easy solution for the issue, it's just useless spent money.
And by the way, I am a person with very high technical skills who usually finds the solution if there is one...

I purchased a Solar Powered WiFi Bird Box HD Camera Complete Pack which cost £274.00, primarily for its advertised motion detection feature, which has unfortunately failed to function as promised. Despite following the setup instructions meticulously and ensuring all settings are correctly configured, the camera does not record when motion is detected. This critical flaw renders the product unfit for its intended purpose.
I have reached out to the supplier multiple times for support, but the issue remains unresolved, and the lack of effective assistance has been equally disappointing. Given the product's inability to deliver on its core functionality and the poor customer service experience, I cannot recommend this camera or company to others. I expect a resolution or a refund at the earliest opportunity.
