"Great and easy to replace defective part…"

Very easy to order a replacement power supply which arrived next day. However why do I need a replacement after the guarantee has run out such a short time. Not happy with the quality of this component. Fortunately not too expensive.

Ash in customer service was helpful right from the start with a “can do” attitude. I had five cameras in my swift boxes and two would not come online, one older second generation I agreed to replace and was given a discount. The other (3rd Generation)was returned to Green Feathers via their return system and a replacement arrived within a week. All five cameras now online and working.

Extremely pleased with the friendly and helpful advice received from Dexter at Green Feathers. After a couple of years of problem free viewing into my Green Feathers birdbox, I had a problem with my App and also after recently changing broadband provider I needed to reconnect to the camera in the bird box. I'm of the older generation and can sometimes find it intimidating phoning helpdesks but this was a good experience and was given clear step by step advice. My App and camera are now working and I would not hesitate in phoning Green Feathers heldesk again.
