"Non existent customer service "
We purchased a silver cross travel system. Upon transferring from the carry cot to the stroller seat of our Silver Cross travel system, we found that the foot rest area did not stay in its various positions.
However my one star is for the customer service department, I have been without a pram for 4 weeks now and when chasing I get the same response every time & they blame Silver Cross. Despite repeatedly promising to look into it, they never do, they have no information on weather it is being fixed or replaced. I rang silver cross and they have said they have a 7 day turn around so the issue is with Kiddies kingdom. I have now written to the CEO of kiddies kingdom and he has also decided not to return my email. I will never use this company again, I have now had to buy another stroller to be able to get to places.

"We ordered a child’s car seat on 31st…"
We ordered a child’s car seat on 31st December and were given an estimated delivery time of 7–12 working days. However, on 17th January—after the estimated delivery period had already passed—we received an update stating the item was out of stock. If it was unavailable, it should not have been available to order in the first place.
We were then told it would be back in stock by the end of January, with a new estimated delivery date of 31st January. It is now well past that date, and we have received no further updates.
To make matters worse, I can literally go on their website right now and order the exact same product for next-day delivery—so why has my order been delayed for over a month with no communication?
This is completely unacceptable, as our child has now outgrown their current car seat and is no longer safe. We are extremely unhappy with the lack of communication and misleading stock availability.
