pram seemed packed ok took pram out to find it damaged in more then one place and dirty the pram already made up but only meant to be the frame and you put on what's needed rang up the man had no clue or answers apart from i wait for a email I believe someone sent it back and it was sent out to me now waiting for answers and a new pram not very good service

One of the worst companies I've had to buy from online. Paid for a buggy over 6 weeks ago and only after chasing for an update they tried to offer an alternative as they clearly didn't have this in stock. After declining the alternative model, they again emailed to confirm there is no stock and again offered the alternative model. If I wanted that model I would have purchased 6 weeks ago and from another company. Now waiting for my refund. Won't ever be buying from these again.

Do not use this company! absolutely terrible customer service! I purchased a pushchair set from them, the pushchair unfortunately was faulty, contacted them and they agreed that I could send it back and a new one would be sent out, I had no communication from them for two weeks after it was collected, I chased and chased but they said I couldn’t be given a date of when a replacement would be sent out, two and a half weeks later and still no pushchair and still no communication from them. I then phoned and was finally told there was no stock, I asked them what they were going to do about this and they said they would email Joie and ask when it was back in stock, they said they would let me know, they never did. I then phoned again numerous times just to be told they didn’t know anything, when I asked for a refund and to speak to someone who could authorise this, I was told I couldn’t and they would email me. 3 weeks later, still don’t have a pushchair, which has been really difficult as a new mother, still waiting for them to contact me. Going on holiday in a few weeks and need a pushchair for this! but they’re expecting me to wait weeks, potentially months for a replacement pushchair when they could easily offer me an alternative or a refund as I requested so I can order the originator pushchair I purchased from another vender who does have it in stock! Poor customer service, avoid!
