"Product never arrived"

Ordered on 25th March, with ‘standard delivery’. Heard nothing so after a week rang the customer support line, after 15 minutes on hold I took the offered option for someone to ring me back. Representative apologised that my order had been delayed and advised it would be with me on 14th April (3 weeks after ordering). This date has come and gone with no delivery and no update. I emailed customer support to be told the order would be dispatched w/c 28th April! Luckily I paid with paypal so will reclaim the money and look elsewhere

"Really annoyed with DPD"

Really annoyed with DPD. I was notified it would be delivered and there was no option to leave inside my enclosed porch. So I requested that they delivered my package (value of nearly £100) to my next door neighbour as I would be at work.
I then received notification this instruction was accepted.
When I arrived home, the parcel was on my doorstep absolutely soaked through from the rain, and I had notification that DPD had handed it to me!! I wasn’t home.
I did check with my neighbours and they had been in all day, so just pure ignorance. Just a good job it was actually there when I arrived home. That kind of service has put me off using this website again unfortunately.
