Great products, the only downside I would say was, I ordered two car seats, one was in stock and shoes as next day delivery on the invoice and the other car seat was displayed as 7-12 working days on the invoice, I received both car seats around 12 working days after the order date, there was no communication between them and myself to explain that this would be the case. Other than that cannot fault the price / product

Bought a carseat (after a failed purchase with another company) and this one arrived a few days later, in time for our trip. Love the carseat, its so easy to install and use!

"Customer service needs work"

Product was dispatched quickly although delivery company then failed to deliver (despite paying next day delivery). After some argument I did recieve a refund for the delivery charge. A pity it took me pointing out the correct legal position for this to be remedied. Happy with the product although part of it broke during initial assembly!

Edit: I have no problem with any delay while KK made contact with DPD. My review score is not higher because of the initial response from customer service, which was "we fulfilled our end of the transaction by despatching your order to you on time. ...This is an issue that you need to raise with DPD". This is why I had to explain the correct legal position as per my original review. I actually find the attempt to paint this as waiting for delays on DPD's part very disingenuous, and feel 2 stars would be more appropriate as a result.
