"Wrong adapters sent & non existent customer service "

I ordered a Fox 5 bundle with Cybex Cloud T car seat. However the car seat will not fit onto the adapters smoothly, they are too wide and it’s extremely unsafe for the baby. Bugaboo official have even confirmed that they are being sold with the incorrect adapters. I have sent a video and phoned customer service almost everyday and have yet to receive a response. Customer service even escalated my complaint to management and said I would be contacted by the end of today. I’ve still heard absolutely nothing, shocking service when I’ve spent over £1000! Hopefully I hear back soon.

I emailed that exact email address 3 times last week and have been completely ignored! Lovely how you have time to reply to a bad review, yet can’t be bothered to deal with the actual issue at hand! Awful service!
