Was gifted a baby bouncer barely even used for a month and the fabric started bobbing . Contacted customer support who advised they cannot do nothing as it’s “ general wear and tear” how is this general wear and tear clearly the quality of the fabric does not match to its price . Awful service , will not order from this website again. Would have rather ordered directly off ergo website who would have been more than helpful to have assisted as they have in the past.

With it being our first child, we wanted to make sure we had all our questions answered and that we were choosing the safest pram and car seat combination. All the staff were friendly and knowledgeable, but Amelia took such good care of us and we feel so happy and reassured with the set we have chosen! No communication whatsoever apart from these ‘ how did we do’ emails(4 now). No date or updates on my delivery. Item still not delivered. How can I review a product before I’ve taken delivery?

"NO CAR SEATS, NO UPDATE (part 2)"

Previously wrote about no car seats and no update! I had a returned email saying I could pay £20 for next day delivery or alternatively they could deliver w/c 21st April?? I ordered on the 19th March…

I phoned their customer services who are only open for 3 or 4 hours a day and these are also absolutely useless however did offer me an alternative car seat which wasn’t what I was looking for and I explained.

I have now requested a refund via email twice and hear absolutely nothing! No response to say they will process a refund and have breached the consumer act 2015 (not delivering within a reasonable time which is 30 days).

ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES OF A COMPANY! Absolutely avoid if you are looking for good customer service. I now need to take my own time to contact the ombudsman/citizens advice and see what my options are to get my money back.

Will never ever ever use kiddies kingdom again and if something states it can be delivered in XX days, please be aware they don’t stock these products and can’t guarantee you will receive them at all. They shouldn’t be allowed to advertise things they don’t have in the website.

Placed two orders for the same product on the same day (one for my own house and one for grandparents use), offering 2-3 week delivery. 4 weeks later and several chaser emails, only to be told they essentially don’t know when my order will be delivered and can’t give me a clear update.
Very disappointed and would not use again.
