VLE Bazaar is a fraud company. I got duped. Please be careful.

Placed an order on 3rd of August with payment done. Till today I did not receive the item. I contacted the representatives over phone 5 times. All the time i got the reply that I would be receiving the item within 2 or 3days. On the last call I was informed that on September 10th definitely i will receive it. Still no sign of getting the item..

Worst Online company, Even after 5 days they have not shipped my order. I have requested them to cancel the order and refund the money. I contacted the representatives over phone 5 times. All the time i got the reply that I would be receiving the item within 2 or 3days. Still no sign of getting the money. I am very much doubtful about the company and fear, it may turnout to be big fraud. Never buy anything from website.

If there was a feedback of negative stars, I would give -5; the experience is that bad. They took an order for a headphone and did not dispatch for about a month. Even after calling 3 times, they kept promising order would be dispatched tomorrow. A good customer will spend 500 Rs more to order from Amazon or Flipcart the same product via other vendors BUT NOT VLEBAZAAR. Till date of a month after ordering I have not got the product nor did they refund money.

I placed an order on 11/Oct/2023, and from the outset, things went downhill. The company sent me the wrong product initially, and what followed was a frustrating ordeal.

After numerous calls, emails, and tickets, they reluctantly initiated a return process. Promised a refund, I was taken aback when, days later, they attempted to send a replacement instead. Customer service, marked by rude behavior and unprofessionalism, denied my refund, contradicting their earlier assurance.

It's now 30/Oct/2023, and I'm still without a refund. Despite my repeated attempts to reach out, calls and emails go unanswered, and my tickets are ignored. The lack of communication and failure to uphold their promises has left me thoroughly dissatisfied.

I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for others considering Vlebazaar. Such a lack of accountability and customer service is unacceptable, and I would strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when dealing with this company.

orderd lumia 640 but never recieved. even i cancelled the order i didnt got the refund tooo. dont even think visiting of this website. its just scam.

Fake one, Order never received. No cash on delivery available and I paid when I submit my order. It's 5 months now, I haven't received my order yet. Not refunded as well. Please stay away from this scum.
