I have ordered asus 1070 graphic card from their website on 16-05-2021...
Still now the order is processing... I know due to lock-down there will be some delay... but this much delay is not acceptable... I have paid 42000 for that item.. I have contacted their service many time via call.. no one is picking the call.. So i have contacted them via email... on 24-05-2021 After 2-3 days I got an email like we have raised ticket.. kindly bear with us... So I have waited for 1 more week and the order is still processing... I have requested them to cancel the order and refund the money... If you ask anything about canceling the order and refund your money... You wont get any replies related to cancel your order... If anyone want to confirm please contact me.. I will provide the order details, So that it will be helpful to stay-away from these kind of scammers..
