Used for electrian and handyman work. Broadly satisfied- transparent charging system. One small issue was electrian appeared slightly unprepared as turned up with no step ladder despite this being necessary for job. However this was not major as I needed to buy one anyway

The plumber went out for an hour to get a part which was wrong - a mistake he charged me for. Also when the invoice came, it charged the costings quoted on their website for 1 hours work for half an hours work - check your invoices before paying!
